Terms of service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Master The Feed ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Master The Feed is a SaaS platform that helps social media managers and agencies generate client reports by aggregating publicly available social media metrics. The Service fetches data from public posts and provides AI-powered insights and export capabilities.

3. User accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape or collect data beyond what the Service provides
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Share your account with unauthorized users
• Use the Service to violate any social media platform's terms of service

5. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Razorpay. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

6. Free tier

The free tier includes 3 reports per month with up to 25 posts per report. Free-tier reports include a Master The Feed watermark. We reserve the right to modify free-tier limits with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Master The Feed. Reports you generate using the Service are yours to use and distribute. We do not claim ownership of your report content.

8. Data accuracy

We retrieve publicly available metrics from social media platforms and present them as-is. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data. AI-generated insights are provided for informational purposes and should be reviewed before sharing with clients.

9. Limitation of liability

Master The Feed is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
